Steering problem
1991 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

After I swapped out my single cam for my b series I took it out for a drive and when I turned it felt like my tires where spining but at the same time something was somewat holding on making the left tire screech off the ground. I changed out my axle and the whole knuckle with a new rotor but still the same problem. Only happens when turning in gear and even if at a stop when taking the turn. The motor was in a realtives car same exact like mines a 91 honda civic hatchback and when he had it in his there was no problem. The only problem I see is a torn boot in the inner rod can that be the problem? Or should I just replace outer/inner tie rods to see wat happens?

Hi jasonvang09,

Did you replace the steering rack as well?

Was the wheel alignment checked?

I would send the car in for an alignment. The alignment rack doesnt lie. Let us know the results.
