1991 Honda Civic Running Condition

While driving or idling, my car just stops running like the key was shut off. It has fuel preasure not sure how much psi though, I was thinking it might be the MAP censor. The car is a Canada car with khm speedo does it matter if US parts will work in this car?
I live in Iowa, thought I might see what you guyz think. Let me know.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out a failing fuel pump and also test the coil resistances

What should the coil resistence be? Fuel preasure is ok its 55-57 psi. I was also thinking of ignitor, will it short out?
