1991 Honda Civic leaks

Car froze up last night, thawed it out today, there is a big leak behind the motor. I have a small leak coming from a hose that I can see. I think it is something more than this hose, is is pouring out the back motor. Are there freeze out plugs on this car, and how to you replace them?

It is leaking water, more like it is pouring out as fast as I can put it in. When I cranked the car over it clunked bad wwhile cranking. I should of never tried to start it, anyway the backside of the motor, under the 4 intakes has a unseen leak, I cannot see exactly where it is coming from.
