I have a honda civic 1989 hatchback if I want to power the moteur it and to translated to 4 wheel drive I can?And how much it cost?

A lot of money.

Forget about the AWD idea, it'll probably cost you about $10,000 of fabrication work and parts.

To pump up the motor you can either add a turbocharger or do an engine swap. Both will cost you around $3000, if not more.
