Sputtering

I have a 1999 Honda Accord EX. While driving it will sputter and act like it wants to die or it is not getting enough gas. It does it particulary when you get on it. It sputters the worst in 2nd gear. Then every now and then while driving it feels like you are about to run it out of gas. It does a little "puh puh puh". Where is the fuel pressure regulator and the ignition coil? What else should I check or just replace?

I need some more info. Engine type, miles on the vehicle. How long since the timing belt has been replaced? Fuel filter replaced? Let me know

If it runs fine after it gets going, don't overlook one important item that can cause this, the spark plug wires.
