Honda Accord LX 1997, Power Window Problem

Honda Accord LX 1997, 2.2 4 cyl engine. Power window drivers's front will go down, but will not respond back up. I've been told by dealership that it is a regulator/motor problem, but another opinion is that it is the master window power switch by the driver's left elbow. How can I tell, and if switch. Can I repair a switch?

Remove the switch and use a test light to see if it is switching power back and forth when you rock the switch

Where can I get a wiring schematic so I can troubleshoot this switch. Where do I place the light and how do I know where the connection is for UP and then for Down.
