Honda Accord loosing RPMs and lurching

My 2002 Accord suddenly loses rpms quickly. The problem doesn't happen until we have been on the highway for several hours at 75+ mph. Once it starts, the problem gets worse. It's fine at lower speeds. There are no problems with the clutch.

No one has responded to your question, so I will give it a shot. Is the car overheating, even slightly? The temperature rising is sensed by the computer. Check the fluid levels of the coolant. You might not have gotten too much of a response because of a lack of information. More is always better.
