Hond Accord 96 speed sensor

My rpm gauge is going insane. When my car is cold everything is fine. It works fine. When my car warms up then my rpms start bouncing around. When it is bouncing around then my transmission jerks when the gears switch (automatic) but when the rpm is working fine then the gears switch smooth. Do u think its the speed sensor? And were is it located on a 1996 Honda accord v6 2.7L ex?

I am sorry but you seem to think that the jumping around of the tach is causing the tranny issue. I would say that it is probably the other way around.

Check the tranny fluid level. Deal with the tranny first and I would wager that the tach will level out.
