1992 Honda Accord RPM meter

My rpm meter does not seem to move. It stays at 0, I just realized it last night. What might be the problem and what might it cost to fix? Is it still ok to drive the car?

Is the engine light on? If so then probably have faulty sensor. If not on then problem is most likely the tachometer itself, faulty circuit board on back of instrument cluster or bad wiring to the cluster.
