94 Accord: Engine Stalls when brakeing fast.

I have a 94 Accord 2.2 EX Automatic. Just recently when I break fast ONLY(step on the brake paddle hard) as the car comes to stop near the end it will shut off (at lower speeds, as its downshifting). I have no troubbles starting the car right after (in nutral/park).
Car starts fine everyday and every time. I'ev had the Transmission fluid changed about 10k KM ago. Checked the Transmission Fluid level and its fine. I have noticed because the summer is here and I just replaced my thermostat in winter the car Idls lower then it used to before (400-500rpm). Almost feels like it will shut off.
Can someone please help me diagnose what may be causing this.

Have the EGR, TPS, and Idle air control valve check
