I was advised to get a new timing belt for my vehicle because of the milage. However, the car runs great. Is it important for me to do this? What if I choose not to do this? Will it create a problem?

It is very improtant, if belt breaks, it can cause severe engine damage.

Mitchell shows a belt, but to find out, look at front of engine (assy. Side) if enclosed with aluminum cover then it has a chain, and does not need maint.
