2003 Honda Accord-85000 miles

Sometimes my Dash lights will go out then the radio will cut off, and then the car will stall. It starts right back up. My husband changed the battery thinking that was the problem, but it did the same thing again a few months later. It does not happen often and I can figure out the rhym or reason to it. What do you think would cause this?

Please start with taking every ground wire and there are several in the engine compartment and clean both ends as well as the surface they are secured to. See if that doesn't fix your problem.
