2002 Honda Accord Noise

I have a 2002 Honda Accord V6 EX. During freeway driving beginning around 60 mph and over I start hearing a rapid, irregular ticking sound that seems to be coming from underneath the back seat area. I'm hearing it more and more as time goes on. If this is one of the onboard computers is it supposed to making this noise? This is driving me nuts. Any ideas?

Im not aware of any computers under the back seat in a Honda. Any vibrations or other things accompany this tick noise. Might be a wheel noise, reverberating up through the seat area. Any work been done to the car in the rear area?
