2002 Honda Accord 2002 Honda Accord Temp Gauge?

On cold or rainy days the when the car is turned on the TCS light and engine light comes on. The car will not drive above 2-3 mph. If I warm up the car for about ten minutes and then turn it off the trouble lights go out and the car drives fine. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Sounds like you are getting moisture penetration into the TCS module connector. This is located inside the engine bay. I'd check the connector and attempt to clean it up/seal it better.
