2001 Honda Accord Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 59,000 miles
This vehicle has a 2.3 litr engine. Id like to know if the timing belt breaks ; will it damage the engine?

Yes, Honda employs interference engine design so chances are the breaking of the belt will result in a piston hitting a valve.
