2000 Honda Accord whats wrong with my car?

Hey I have a honda accord 2000 v6 and its been jerking when it shifts gears in the morning when it is cold, but is fine when it warms up. And just today my car started up. Jerked a little bit. Had a very low rev. And died. Then I turn it off and started again it was still jerking a lil bit but I drove it and was finee. Parked if for a while. Came back out to start it up same thing occured. Whats could be wrong?And could it be fixed?

Have your transmission checked by Honda, it has been recalled. On my 2000 Honda accord replaced free of charge.

So if I bring it to the dealer ship there is a chance for a free replacement? What are the specs that are needed?
