1999 Honda Accord Removing a leaky hose

There is a hose connection under the distributor and this hose has a hole in it and needs replaced. I cannot see any other way to remove it without first removing the distibutor. Can this be done without much difficulty and without damaging the distributor? And if so, what is the simplest way to do this? Thank you.

The wires are damaged? If so the distributor cap can be removed and remove the part...
