1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have had the transmission rebuilt after putting it back together twice now, when driving the car it seems to be pulling back what is the problem?

Not sure what you mean by pulling back. Can you describe the symptoms in more details?
When does it occur?
What was the reason for rebuilding the trans?
What was the reason for doing it the 2nd time?
