1998 Honda Accord stopping while driving

After the car warms up, after easing up off the gas, it stops and I have to restart. If I keep a little pressure on the gas peddle when breaking, I can keep driving as long as I have pressure on gas peddle. Once I take foot of the peddle, sometimes it stops.

Hi tom gillespie,

You most probabyly has an idling issues and the most common cause are clogged air passages of idle adjusting screw, Idle Air Control valve and throttle plate.

Cleaning the above would solve the problem.
