1998 Honda Accord shifting probs

Had driver side ball joint break, which in turn seperated the axle at the clamp losing all bearing. Removed remaining part of axle from tranny and replaced all. Now I cannot put it any gear. Shifter moves from park to low but is not catching any gear. No prior tranny probs. When shifting back into park sound like missed gear on manual tranny.

Hi justmarkie,

Recheck the CV shaft installation. Seems it is not fully seated or incorrect part used resulting in the vehicle not moving and rattling noise when in Park.
