1998 Honda Accord Changing Water Pump

How difficult is it to change a water pump? Do you need experience in replacing that part to be able to accomplish the task. The water pump is $65 but a shop quoted me for $600 for time, parts & labor. Suggestions?

Get another quote
yes it require an expert to replace water pump
as you have to remove timing belt in order to replace the water pump
