Hi davankustomz,

Check the throttle linkage, it could be sticking.

The other item would be the throttle plate. Something could be wedged between the plates causiing it not to close. Remove the air cleaner hose to check. I have seen before air filters disintegrate and bits of it getting stuck at the throttle plate.
