Well I own a 97 accord lx the gas pedal seemed like it got stuck when accelerating on street. The pedal feels very heavy and car accelerates by it self wen pedal stuck. Help is there any solution that I can fix my self

It could be the cable that is bad or something is restricting it from returning after the pedal is depressed.

Check the throttle body where the cable is attached for foreign materials. Manually operate the throttle opening to see if it is sticking. Remove the air intake hose tocheck for debris stuck in the throttle body.
