1997 Honda Accord Car wont Start

HEY, we changed are timeing belt and put a new water pump on. We also replaced the headgascits. Now the car wont start HELP!

You need to check the timing marks. Check the lower pulley and the camshaft pulley marks. Sounds like the timing is off. Now I assume that you may have taken off the plug wires and it is possible that they did not get put on correctly.
