Got car as gift. Friend gone to another country. A/C blows too slow on high switch position. But, after using A/C and turning engine off coolant is boiling in tank and coming out thru the cap. Does It mean I have to replace head gasket? And why hot air on "heat" position blows perfect but on "a/c"- really hard to feel it blows at all?

Hi XOHDA,

Check if the cooling fans are working when the A/C is turned on. Check the radiator cap condition, it could be bad.

As to the air blowing poorly in the A/C position, check the air mix and heater housing for restrictions.
