Most Honda engines can take the strain of a 200 km travel with a head gasket problem provided the leakage is not too bad.

However you might need to take a few breaks to top up the radiator when the temp goes up after some time. You need to cool down the radiator before opening the radiator cap.

If you need to replace the head gasket, get it done by someone who knows the job, it is a major job.

Since the radiator is leaking, you should get it repaired or replaced.

The head gasket might not be damaged yet.

Prolonged use with a blown gasket is definitely not good for the engine. After repair the engine should be ok.

Sory I am from the opposite side of the globe so can't help to recommend anyone to do the job.
