1996 Honda Accord My 1996 nuetral safety switch?

My accord just didnt start yesterday. We checked the starter, alternator and battery. Now hearing it has to be nuetral safety switch. How do I know?

Not too fast-If you're talking about it won't crank at all/nothing when you hit the key to starting position could also be one of these security starter cut relay and ignition switch/bad connections
