Charged my battery and drove around car for 25 minutes, working fine, turned car off to see if it would turn back over, and got a clicking noise. Is that my battery or alternator?

Did the battery have a full charge to begin with? Do you have a charge lite or voltmeter on the dash? What does it show, engine running?

Some of the national brand autostores will check the charging system for you, they will also load test the battery. If you have a digital multimeter, we can help you do some testing.
