Raise the vehicle, remove the wheels, remove the two 12mm caliper bolts (there are only 2 12mm bolts anyway)pull the caliper out, compress the brake piston. If you don't have the appropriate tool (most people don't) you can use an adjustable wrench or your hands. They are soft but slow so be patient when compressing. Lubricate the ends of pads and wherever the pads and the caliper makes contact. Lube should come with the pack of brake pads. It would be good to lubricate the caliper pins though a lot of people don't do that either. Replace the pads without getting any dirt on the fiber side of the pad or the surface of the rotor and put it back together in reverse the order. Be sure to pump the brake pedal 3 times before you start or move the vehicle
