Air Conditioning problem
1996 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 157000 miles

My 96 accord a/c blows hot air the compressor does not come on and the fuse keeps blowing. The check eng light had been on but went off once I replade the fuse but as soon as I started driving the fuse blew, the hot air was back and the check eng light on again. Also the speedometer suddenly stopped working.

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
