1995 Honda Accord speedometer sensor stay at 20 mph at all

(speedometer stays at 20 mph all the time)does anyone know of this problem im a street mechanic I can do repairs but with this one I dont know what it could be so tha I can fix it. Any replies thank you very much.

Hi layethesmaketh,

If the speed reads 20 even with engine off, then most probably the meter is faulty or the meter ground is insufficient.

Check the speed sensor, it might be faulty.
