1995 Honda Accord need help ASAP

Im not sure if it is actually a electrical problem or not but my winshield wipers quit working and I cant figure out how to get them to work my fuse is good and I tested the power where the fuse goes and it has power but it has no power on the plug underneath the hood please help!

I wish I had a wiring schematic infront of me to tell you excatly what to test.

I recommend you download a service manual for your vehicle and look at the wiring schematic for the wiper system.

I assume you checked for power at the wiper motor with the wiper switch turned on? You may have a faulty switch, a broken wire going to the wiper motor. Let me know what you find. Or maybe somebody here can copy and paste a diagram for you!
