1995 Honda Accord 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 94 honda accord the d4 light flashes all the time and I have noticed the car shifts really hard and after driving it for a few the speedometer starts jumping? What is causing this?

When the D4 light flashes that is an indication of a problem with the transmission. You will need to have the transmission diagnosed as to what is causing the problem. But 1st check and test the vehicle speed and throttle position sensor
