My running light an dash lights will not turn off at all. Not even when car is off. I have to unplug battery to shut them off. Windsheild wipers will also not turn off. The emergency brake light will always stay on untill I press in the clutch. And my RPM tach will not work when headlights or running lights are on, an my abs lights comes on and off at random, this only happens when it rains or snows but here lately it getting worse and worse

Hi mortons10,

Seems the DRL control unit is bad causing the lights to stay on even after the engine is turned OFF.

Check the ground circuit connections for the DRL at right kick panel.

The ABS lights coming on intermittently can be due to the handbrake/fluid level low indicator light staying on while driving. Check the brake fluid level in master cylinder reservoir.

The tachometer not working when lights are turned on indicates a possible fault with a ground circuit.

Where would I check the ground circut to see if it has a fault? And does the E brake light coming on too when its wet out be from the same ground circut or does that stem from somewhere else?

If the E brkae light stays on, the ABS would come on after some driving. Did you check the brake fluid level in master cylinder reservoir?

Check the ground circuit at the right kick panel and behuind headlights on inner fender panel.
