1994 Honda Accord AC affects idle?

What exactly is a IAC? How does it affect idling? Where is it located?

Hi Murphd,

IAC = Idle Air Control valve.

If it is dirty, air passage would be restricted and idling speed would be lowered.

It is located behind the intake manifold at top.
