1992 Honda Accord Car Shaking and Smoking

My 1992 Honda accord has 2,48000 miles on it my raditor has a leak in it and keeps over heating I put antifreeze in it after that my car starts shaking and jerking then it well shut off it well start and cout right of my engin is smooking as welll I did put some oil in it and draind it out as well then it started rattaling when I drive it I dont know if my head gasket is blown or my fuel pump is blow im not relly shure if someone can plese help me

Hi Tsimmons89,

The description of the problem is not very clear but if the engine is not able to idle smoothly, most probably the head gasket is blown.

Rattling nosie after low engine oil can mean the connecting rod bearings are bad and this would be a major problem, either an engine rebuild or replacement.
