Hi,

My car shakes while driving specially on highways when I am driving more than 50 miles an hour. I can hear some sound coming from my car, it seems to be coming from the rear side of the car. When I am driving on highway, this sound subsides and I can feel car vibrating. I can feel my steering wheel vibrating, gas pedal and break pedal. When I push break, I feel that it is vibrating more when stopping. I got my brakes checked and the guy said brakes were warped and machined both front brake rotrs and rear drums. But this vibration has not ended.

I would highly appreaciate, if you can throw some light on what might be the issue.

Thanks
JB

You have 2 separate issues, brake vibration is when you step on the brake pedal and the steering wheel or the lower body of the car shakes. Wheel vibration is when the vehicle starts shaking when you reach or maintain a certain speed.
Since you have new brakes, now you need to have your tires and wheels balanced, this will get rid of the vibration when not braking
