1991 Honda Accord squeak and clunk?

When im driving I can hear a rhythmic squeak like its something with the rotor. I know its the brakes cuz when I push the brakes the squeak fades away. Any help with this? Also as I slowly push the brakes while coming to a stop I hear a repetitive clunk until im at a full stop. What can I do to fix this?

Hi DJbballer23,

Get the brake pads and rotor checked. The pads could be wearing out and the wear indicator is brushing against the rotors.

Check the wheel bearings and wheel lug nut torquing as well.
