1991 Honda Accord automatic seatbelts

After reading 143 fourm pgs I only found 2 ref. To auto. Seatbelts. One refered to a seat belt computer another refered to a fuse that might be under the hood. I've looked in that box and the only thing I found was two idems marked pasive motors. I have no idea were to look or what to look for or what it might look like. I can find no refference to it in the manual I have. A picture would be nice. I hope you can help me.
