1990 Honda Accord Over reving engine

My accord recently started to idle a bit rough and lately when I start it the engine over revs to 2000 rpm. I let it run for a while but when I start moving off slowly it goes down to 1000rpm and starts working normally but if I press down on the clutch it goes up again. After driving for a few minutes then it revs normal at under 1000 like when I just got it. Do you think you can help me out?

Hello !

Check the IAC Valve (idle air control valve) remove it and clean the carbon build up.
And the Egr, clean it also and see if the idle impoves!
