1989 Honda Accord not sure of the problem

My car stalls out when I come to a stop. RPMs drop to zero when I press in the clutch. It starts right back up with no problem, seems not to happen unless the engine is warmed up. What could be the problem. How much shoud I expect to pay for repairs?

Start by reading the codes, here's how...to count the flashes, a 22 would flash 2 times then a short pause and 2 more flashes, the pauses are longer to seperate additional codes if more than one is stored
