1987 Honda Accord alternator issues

I have replaced the alternator 2 times now and its not fixed so im wondering whats wrong I have had it tested at the auto stores and they all say the same thing alternator

Check these fuses, fuse 21-70amp and fuse 8 10amp in the engine compartment, also fuse 1 15amp in dash fuse box. If everything checks out here-The computer might not be controlling the field circuit see below
