The car shows a warning of High Transmission Temperature?

Its gear shift is malfunctioning. As I press the gas pedal, instead of accelerating it makes sounds and does not move. And when it is moving it skips some gears. Like it shifts from 2 to 4 skipping 3. I have driven about 2-4 km while having this issue. It is a Honda Vezel Hybrid with DCT transmission. The milage is 42000 km.

I took the car to the mechanic. He found out that the car has an issue which shows an error code P2858. That mechanic didn't know anything about DCT. So, I did my own research and opened the compartment where clutch oil is placed. Since it has dual clutch, there were two bottles. One was completely empty. We put new oil in it. Now the error code is gone. The vehicle is bit better but still it's not completely fine. I just brought the vehicle back home and I am not driving it because I think it's now good to drive it in this condition.

You must have a leak in one of the secondary cylinders, can you look under the transmission to confirm?

Yep, it sounds like you found the problem. Is this a euro car? I don't show a dual clutch in my information, nevertheless the transmission will need to be removed and the secondary cylinder replaced.
