High idle after cleaning throttle body

When first starting and engine is cool the throttle will drop a bit but immediately raises to 2,100 RPMs. It runs high in park, and while in gear.

This can be because of two different factors either you have a vacuum leak because the sealing gasket got damaged when you reassembled the throttle body back into the engine, here, or the engine's computer needs to relearn which can take a day or two. Here is a guide to help you check for leaks and how to replace the gasket for the throttle body in the diagrams below:

If everything checks out just drive the van for a few days and it should relearn the idle speed. Also are there any check engine lights on?

Thank you. I will check for a vacuum leak. I doubt that it will reset. I've tried but will give it a shot. This van is one I'm trying to get back on the road. I'll get back to you with the results.
