High idle

My car is idling high in park up to 2000+rpms and about 1200+rpms at stop signs and still wants to move like jerks I don't have to push on gas to take off it will move without me to bout 20mph not really sure what's going on I was thinking throttle position sensor or ERG valve but if you could let me know what you think hopefully notto costly.

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner then look for vacuum leaks and air leaks like grommets on engine and maybe holes in duct work or not connected properly
