High beam headlights not working properly

Having a problem with the high beam headlights. The high beam headlights are staying on when the low beam lights are on. The element of the high beam bulb is just barely glowing red with low beams on. Also when I switch the lever to hi beam only the passenger light will come on.I have replaced the multi function switch and the headlight relay. Need help

Hi,

Have you checked the plug for the light? Something could be crossed or melted and making contact. Also, a weak ground can also allow power to back flow in the opposite direction. Check the grounds (see pic 1).
