Hesitates

When go down from hill, I put in fourth gear, no throttle, then third gear, then in second gear, reducing speed. Turn throttle down, and then, on random occasion car hesitates. Help me.

Hey, yep I will help you. It sounds like you have an IAC motor going out or a large vacuum leak. Here are two guides to help us get started.
