So I just did a head gasket and timing job on the car listed above turbo. I believe timing is set properly. There is a stupid amount of oil coming out of the exhaust. Like, it completely drained all the oil from the motor in a matter of minutes. Also, spark plugs are also soaked in oil, but only the combustion part, looking down into the spark plug wells before I removed them was dry.

Check the turbocharger seals. It sounds like they are leaking. That can dump oil fast into both the intake and exhaust. Verify the return line is open, if it get's blocked the oil pressure with push past the seals. Did it get a valve job as well with the stem seals replaced? I don't think they would cause that fast of an oil loss but stranger things have happened. Oh and be prepared for the converter to be ruined from the oil bath.
