Heater isn't blowing at all in the front. Also have a lot moisture in driver side floor board like a puddle. Any suggestions as to what it might be?

Hi:

When you say it isn't blowing, do you mean the fan isn't working or it does work but there is no heat?

Also, the puddle has me a bit concerned. First, confirm the engine coolant isn't low. Next, check to puddle and see if it is coolant. I'm asking because if the heater core has failed, it may be leaking coolant into the vehicle. That would explain no heat, the puddle, and the moisture.

Do this and let me know what you find as well as the answers to my first questions.

Take care,
Joe

The fan blows but then stops, the puddle is either water or coolant not sure. Also when you drive from home to work it makes a gurgling noise from the reservoir, but it doesn't take the coolant level down.

Hi:

If it is coolant, then the heater core is leaking, so we have to confirm that. As far as the blower motor, it is possible something is getting wet if the core is leaking.

Now, my next concern is the noise you are hearing. Does the vehicle ever over heat? Often times a gurgling noise can be the result of air getting into the cooling system via a bad head gasket or it could be getting hot enough (overheating) to boil the coolant.

Here is a link that explains how to check for a head gasket issue. One section discusses seeing air in the system. If you can, follow the link and let me know what you find.

I will watch for your reply. Please note that if the heater core is leaking, the coolant should be getting low in the system. When the engine is cool, remove the radiator cap and see if the radiator is low.

Take care,
Joe
