Cannot locate valve. Has or is supposed to have the T shaped plastic valve with a three wire plug. Valve stays open. A/C works good but not against heater still get heat when in A/C. I by passed the heater core and splice hoses together and get great cooling I live where 95 to105 degree temperature in summer is normal.
Inside controls or A/C have heat A/C and auto. No matter where set also on vent floor or defrost get hot air.

Hello,

You car does not have a heater control valve. It sounds like there is a blend door actuator that is out, here is a guide and a diagram that will help you get the problem fixed.

Please let me know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Best, Ken

There should be a green stripe that says "Please consider a donation if we helped you" in this post?
